Making Life that bit easier, we have freshly prepared mushroom soup mix with mushrooms, onion, parsley and a generous helping of herbs to make a homely pot of mushroom soup. To prepare simply, fry the ingredients in a little oil or butter to soften, add 1 ¼ pints of chicken stock, simmer until soft. Add a cup of milk with 4 teaspoons cornflour blended in. Liquidise until smooth or for a chunky style soup, simply thicken with a tin of condensed mushroom soup and some milk whisked in. Season with black pepper. Perfect for you to experiment with and add some cream or other herbs to enhance what is already a tasty dish.
