Mint sauce has a distinctive flavour which conjures up thoughts of a roast lamb dinner. This sauce is made from finely chopped mint, sugar and vinegar. Mrs Darlington’s mint sauce tastes great with new potatoes and fresh peas as well at the obvious leg of lamb!

Description
Mrs Darlington started making her award-winning range of products in the 1980s. Since then her daughter and joined the team and they continue to produce a range of curds, jams, jellies, relishes, sauces, pickles, chutneys, marmalades and sauces, all of which are ‘made with love’. This product should be refrigerated when opened.
