Blueberries are sweet, nutritious, and wildly popular and they are the super-food of all berries meaning they are full of vitamins and very nutrient-dense.  We really should be eating a lot more of these little goodies plus they are normally more value for your money compared to other berries.  Great for snacking on especially if you have a sweet tooth like me.  They also improve memory and help us to retain things we’ve learned. That’s one smart little berry!  If you make only one change to your diet, it should be to add blueberries.

They are so tasty and convenient that many people consider them to be their favorite fruit.  We have them all year round with warmer European and South American Countries supplying us when not in season locally.  Warding off heart disease. The blueberry’s fiber, potassium, folate, vitamin C, vitamin B6, and phytonutrient content, all support heart health. The fiber in blueberries helps lower the total amount of cholesterol in the blood and decrease the risk of heart disease.
