That Said – How Do You Cook It?
Simply tear the green leaf from the white leaf rib, rinse to clean and you are ready to cook. Either steam and chop or shred and stir fry. The distinct taste marries well with stronger flavourings such as garlic and chilli and black pepper. When steamed it is a good substitute for spinach.
